True North Treks is a national 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that harnesses the big medicine of nature, peer support, and mindful awareness practices to help teens & young adults diagnosed with cancer chart a new course and get connected again.

Through our unique matching process, Imerman Angels partners anyone seeking cancer support with someone just like you – a “Mentor Angel”. A Mentor Angel is a cancer survivor or caregiver who is the same age, same gender, and who has faced the same type of cancer. 

We’re here to help you… Feel more connected by becoming part of a comforting and comfortable community of people who understand what you’re going through, because they are going through it too, Deal with the very real emotional issues that cancer can cause by offering trained, experience counseling and support.

Camp Kesem is a nationwide community, driven by passionate college student leaders, supporting children through and beyond their parent’s cancer. With 1.7 million cancer cases a year in the United States, there are more than 3 million kids affected by a parent’s cancer and Camp Kesem recognizes and embraces this often-overlooked population of children.
