As COVID restrictions disappear and the world feels more and more open, many of us are experiencing mixed emotions. As exciting as this is, we may feel concerned about the safety of various settings. Another emerging challenge is social exhaustion and social anxiety.
Many of us have gotten used to more time at home and less time in public settings, interacting with others.
