Time: 11am – 12pm CST
Cost: Most insurance plans cover group therapy including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana and United. Our billing department will verify your insurance benefits and notify you of any estimated copay and/or coinsurance amounts as with any other therapy session. Location: Urban Balance Virtual Group Utilizing Zoom Platform!
Description: Responses to the COVID-19 pandemic have changed everyday life, resulting in individuals experiencing a loss of purpose, anxiety, loneliness, depression, grief, and frustration. In this virtual psychotherapy group, participants will focus on problem-solving related to their present circumstances, and re-authoring their daily lives as they transition to a new normal.
Group Objectives:
- Participants will engage in planning strategies to address emotional, psychological, social and resource challenges during COVID restrictions.
- Participants will create a sense of purpose and perspective in the midst of this uncertain time through re-authoring personal structures.

Virtual Support Group – Parenting Through a Pandemic
