Addiction, Couples, Teens, Lifespan Development, Adjusting to life changes, Depression, Anxiety, and LGBTQ issues.

Why do you believe that counseling can help?

Unconditional positive regard, we all need to feel valued first. Then positive change can occur.

Why is it important to seek counseling?

Life is not meant to be handled alone.
