Journaling and long walks in nature.
I became a therapist to help people who want change in their lives by providing a safe, non-judegmental place where that change can take place.
What are your specialties?
My specialites include working with children and adolescents with ADHD, school challenges, anxiety and mood disorders.
Why do you believe that counseling can help?
I believe counseling can help because it provides a safe space to allow people to be their best selves.
Did you have a career before becoming a therapist?
Before becoming a therapist I was in the United States Air Force. In the USAF, I worked as a surgical technician in operating rooms.
Why is it important to seek counseling?
It is important to seek counseling because emotional and mental health is just as important as physical health. Seeking counseling can be the greatest act of self-love.
