Why do you believe that counseling can help?
I think the therapeutic relationship can help clients become aware of their own worth. Therefore, they can learn how to take care of themselves and how to be in healthy relationships.
Did you have a career before becoming a therapist?
Yes, I was a Research Analyst in a neuroscience lab.
Why is it important to seek counseling?
We all have an internal dialogue and sometimes the dialogue can be irrational, anxious, impulsive, etc. Counseling can help clients evaluate their thoughts and develop techniques to change unhealthy, internal thought patterns and behaviors.
