Blessie Valdez is a Physician Assistant who has worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, in a variety of mental health settings. She tries to find common ground with her patients and strives to destigmatize mental health by creating safe spaces in which sessions feel like conversations with a friend. She has worked extensively with those suffering from anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. 

Blessie received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
