Carolyn Trujillo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides psychotherapy to adults, children/adolescents, and couples. She has worked as a therapist and social worker in a variety of settings including community mental health and social service agencies, a transitional living shelter for homeless women and children, a social services and counseling program for veterans and family members, and in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Her areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, relationship concerns, parenting, trauma/abuse, and the unique issues facing military personnel and their families. Carolyn strives to develop a warm, empathic, accepting, and collaborative environment to assist clients in developing personal insights, learn new coping skills, and implement meaningful change in order to live happier, more fulfilling lives. She utilizes a strengths-based, integrative approach, customizing therapy to meet the needs of each individual. Carolyn earned her Masters of Social Work from Aurora University, holds a MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from Michigan State University.
