Deborah Fullilove is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration, and has several years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy as well as hospital social work and hospice, and working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Deborah works with individuals, couples, and families who present with a variety of issues including anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, life transition issues, parenting, LGBTQ matters, addictions, career interests/pursuits, grief and loss, and self harm.
Deborah believes in creating a comfortable, relaxed environment for her clients to allow for the development of a strong therapeutic alliance. Though tailored uniquely to each client’s needs, she utilizes a variety of approaches in treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other psychodynamic techniques to assist clients achieve their desired changes.
