Dina Isaacs is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree from Loyola University in Chicago. Dina has experience working with adults and adolescents addressing anxiety, depression, mood management, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, and chronic illness.
Dina strongly believes that a supportive and trusting therapeutic alliance empowers the client to make positive change and promotes healthy personal growth. Her therapeutic approach is active, empathic and nonjudgmental. Dina is versatile in her style of psychotherapy, working with a diverse range of clients and not ascribing to a one size fits all approach. She utilizes a strengths-based perspective that is holistic, objective, respectful, and steered by clients. Additionally, Dina incorporates mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in her practice. Dina continues to pursue post graduate trainings to meet the needs of her clients.
