Ingrid Lopez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor specializing in treating adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress and anger management. Ingrid has experience working in an outpatient setting in both behavioral health and substance abuse treatment centers.

She aims to provide a safe space for individuals to build trust and develop supportive therapeutic relationships.  Ingrid hopes to empower others by helping them discover their strengths and their ability to live a more rewarding and fulfilling life.

Ingrid utilizes an integrative style when working with individuals including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology.
