Jane Na is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her doctorate from The California School of Professional Psychology.  She earned her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University of Dominguez Hills. She has published a series of five books addressing transitions for children.

Prior to joining Urban Balance, Jane provided extensive outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults. Through providing individualized, evidence-based interventions using cognitive-behavioral therapy and strength-based practices, Jane works collaboratively to help her clients gain deeper personal insight, and develop healthier cognitive and emotional skills to cope with life’s challenges and improve their lives. 

Jane’s area of interest includes life stressors/transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and parenting. She prioritizes attentiveness, warmth, humor (when appropriate) and a non-judgmental stance in her practice. Jane is passionate about meeting the needs of each client.
