Kaley Kettering, LCSW

Kaley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver, where she concentrated in family systems practice and interpersonal trauma studies. She has experience working with children, adults, families and groups in a variety of settings including hospitals, in-home/in-community, and not for profit organizations. Kaley draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and expressive therapies. She specializes in helping clients cope with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, difficult adjustments, and relationships with others. Kaley has a warm, genuine approach as a compassionate witness, confidant, collaborator, and encourager. She is intentional in creating a safe space for clients to be authentically themselves by creating an empathetic, accepting therapeutic relationship. She believes the therapeutic relationship, combined with the client’s motivation to create change, is the foundation for effective therapy.
Kaley uses a variety of therapeutic tools tailored to each client’s needs to help them increase self-awareness, learn new coping tools, and step into their power to heal, grow, and create the lives they want to live.
