Linda Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Roosevelt University. She has experience in a wide range of presenting issues, specializing in BIPOC mental health concerns, perinatal mental health concerns, depression, anxiety, family conflict, stress, self-esteem, trauma, and identity.
Linda utilizes an integrative approach with a relational-cultural perspective. As such, she takes into consideration how a client’s unique life experiences, family dynamic, personal values, and cultural identities relate to the presenting problem and needs within the therapeutic relationship.
Linda views therapy as a collaborative opportunity to cultivate a space that is affirming, validating, and explorative in order to facilitate self-compassion and healing.
