Lindsey Gischer, LCSW
St. Louis – Clayton
Lindsey Gischer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with children, adolescents, adults and the older adult population.
She believes that everyone has inner strengths that may be misguided and suppressed throughout our lifetime, which can cause overwhelming feelings and experiences.
Lindsey enjoys guiding those clients onward to continue evolving down their short-term paths and long-term journeys. Lindsey works with presenting concerns such as grief, emotional dysregulation, and challenging life transitions by using CBT, DBT, and solution focused therapy to reduce symptoms and suffering. In addition to her work at Urban Balance, she provides psychotherapy for patients in several nursing homes. Lindsey earned her Master of Social Work at Saint Louis University and has been in the field nearly a decade.
