Martha Rodriguez is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Martha believes in collaborating with her clients to create a treatment plan that is individualized to each person. Using a culturally competent and integrative approach, Martha combines Adlerian, Family Systems, Narrative, and Mindfulness techniques to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients.
Martha provides an empathic, non-judgmental space for her clients to gain self-awareness and growth. She has seen adults, adolescents and children in individual, marital, family, and group therapy. Her clinical focus is on issues related to anxiety, depression, abuse/trauma, relational issues, family dynamics, stress, life transitions, cultural identity, and issues specific to the LGBTQ+ population.
Martha received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University.
