Renie Stoller-Zak is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She graduated from the Adler School of Professional Psychology with a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology in 2012. She has worked with hospice patients, cancer survivors and their caregivers, as well as individuals who have a vast range of chronic mental illnesses and disorders. Her clinical orientations include cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, however she recognizes that every client is their own person who needs to be treated as such and that therapy is not a “one size fits all” process. Using compassion and empathy Renie strives to build a strong, therapeutic relationship with her clients. This unique alliance is based on trust, acceptance and absent of judgement. This collaborative partnership takes places in an environment where clients are encouraged to explore their desire for healing and growth. This inclusive setting allows clients to take what they have learned in session and apply it to their everyday life.
