Shannon Elizabeth, LPC

Shannon is Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology and a (MA) in Gender Studies.

She has experience with a wide range of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault, self harm, eating disorders, attachment issues, women’s issues, identity and body issues, and LGBTQ. Shannon approaches every issue from a trauma informed perspective and uses various techniques to help people achieve their goals. She utilizes person centered, narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other types of calming techniques for dealing with different emotions.

Shannon works collaboratively with clients to ensure the best possible outcome. She also believes humor is a powerful catalyst in healing and allows us to face difficult issues.
