Stacy is Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in social work and specialization in mental health. Stacy has experience working with adults of all ages in individual and group therapy, including inpatient, outpatient, and day program settings.
Stacy’s clinical interests focus on self-esteem issues, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, identity development, relationship issues, mood disorders and anxiety. Her style includes a collaborative approach while providing practical feedback to effectively address personal life challenges.
With the utilization of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness based practices, she aims to support and empower clients to create change in their lives, while building upon their strengths and personal growth.
