Terry Hasenzahl is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families in substance use recovery programs, community mental health settings, schools, and private practice. Terry completed her undergraduate studies at Maryville University, St. Louis and her Masters in Counseling at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Terry is a person-centered, strengths-based therapist who strives to provide a safe haven for her clients to find support and the help they need to make positive changes. She is passionate about building strong, trusting, and judgement-free relationships and enjoys working collaboratively with clients so they can begin to live more peaceful, fulfilling, authentic, and healthy lives. Terry utilizes a variety of evidenced-based, therapeutic interventions including motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, EMDR, narrative, solution-focused, mindfulness, and family systems theories.
