Tracy Lenavitt is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who earned her Master of Education degree in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College. She has experience working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma and abuse, grief and loss, anxiety and mood disorders, family-of-origin issues, attachment and relationship issues, adjustment disorders, and life transition challenges. Tracy works to form a collaborative, therapeutic relationship with clients by providing empathy, support, and feedback which helps facilitate personal growth. She works from a strengths-based, client-focused perspective and collaborates with clients to help them learn positive coping skills, increase self-awareness, and set and achieve realistic goals. Tracy is an EMDR trained therapist and utilizes skills from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help address each client’s individual needs and goals.
