Zetah Young is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Adler University.
Zetah enjoys working with adults and adolescents through individual, couples, and family therapy. She has 9+ years of experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, substance use, and anger management issues. Zetah’s therapeutic style is strength-based and she specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Bowenian Family Therapy.
