UB Welcomes New Therapist, Anna Kultys, LCPC to Evanston Office

Anna Kultys is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience in both clinical and forensic settings. She believes that a healthy lifestyle consists of both emotional and physical well-being. She approaches therapy with an open mind, empathic attitude, and dedication to engaging with patients in taking ownership of their goals. To that end, sessions focus on awareness, acceptance, and motivation towards change. Her key areas of clinical expertise consist of cognitive behavioral and existential treatment of depression, anxiety, stress, coping with trauma, work related matters, and immigration/acculturation issues. Anna’s experience is drawn from having worked with adults in community and private mental health settings as well as within the context of medicolegal evaluations. She earned her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Anna is also fluent in the Polish language and culture.
